Untitled #14

Dark chocolate Toblerone itu ku kemam satu per satu.

Buku Hlovate, Contengan Jalan ku putar kembali, bait bibir membaca perkataan demi perkataan tanpa suara.

Tekup telinga dengan headphone tidak berjenama, lagu-lagu lama ku mainkan.

Di hening senja, ketika bulan tak sabar keluar, matahari jatuh ke onak barat.

Bantal empuk ku peluk.

Sebab manusia kadang kala lebih suka menyendiri.

Hati melonjak gembira saat kipas syiling berputar mendayu.

Hari Jumaat ku yang syahdu.

Syahdu dengan perkara yang ku rindu.

A bliss. A retreat. An asylum for things you can't explain. Words.

Untitled #13

Because, exist in this world, people near you, who take you for granted, and stab you behind your back. And by which they claim ‘friend’, for word ‘friend’ only lives by name.

I ought to avoid this kind of people. The funny part is they don't know that you know. I don't like holding grudges, and my way to deal with this kind of people is to not initiate any conversation.

Being on a friendly term, then you realized what this person has done to you behind your shadow, what else do you want to do?

I live. Pretty much living.

Hygge

"Complete absence of anything annoying, irritating or emotionally overwhelming, and the presence of pleasure from comforting, gentle and soothing things"

Hygge is a Danish word, or rather a Danish culture. Often, it is a condition or a situation that we want and enjoy the most, alas it is seldom to achieve. The connotation of a 'hygge' is hard to obtain, a subtle idea when it comes to living in a fast-paced changing world.

Thus, for such reason, in my opinion, 'hygge' is equal to the "promising heaven". The conditions which suit the meaning of 'hygge' is so foreign to our keen sense.

It claws right into your heart, but the meaning itself is just too inconceivable, in a rusted world,

by which 'hyyge' is forever lost

And this worldly life is not but diversion and amusement. And indeed, the home of the Hereafter - that is the [eternal] life, if only they knew.

Of Change, Of Gratefulness

Dear friends,

If perhaps you are grateful at something just because you've much more than others, do you desire change? Do you long for betterment? Or do you stay the same?

If you choose change, what kind of change do you want? What will you do? How to achieve that change?

Do you hurt others? Do you hurt yourself?

Just because you're thankful for something, do you just want to be all-consuming?

Untitled #12

Stranded on deserted crossroads
And the light has turned green
But I couldn’t move
Daunted by the unforeseen
And the light has turned red again
Stood still I was, abstain
Fractured and cracked
Like an abandoned ship, sank and wrecked
