Random And Radical Boredom #8

Often, to ease ourselves from any distress (usually mental but we blame the heart), we create this one thing we called 'personal comfort zone'.

We stay in this zone, and no one can penetrate it as if there were a hidden barrier around it. We try to recover our wound, until we get better to overcome the overwhelming harshness of life, especially when we seem to be afloat in mid air, not touching the ground, and not flying through the clouds either.

But this is a subtle understanding of being a youth. Where one hand is holding on to the past while the other tries to reach the unknown future. Complicated as it can be. And lastly, we can't decide and we glide through the air we breath, taking by the wind to anywhere we can go. Believing it was all Heaven's decision.

But the reality is we isolate ourselves from things we're scared of. Imagination and hope run wild, but to take any countermeasure, we found dead end. But again, this is what being youth is all about. There is no sense of adventure if everything we plan going so smooth, that the whole picture of the lesson we gained lose its substantial meaning.

But the good thing is we remember. People grow older and environment changes, but memories remain. Sort of time travelling, whenever and wherever we sip our coffee foam during a rainy day, we are drawn back to the past. It's like jumping to the future, but the gravity of the situation pulled you back to where you've been.

Then again, we'll always find a way out. Maybe we found a piece of puzzle too early, maybe later, it can took ages or appear at the right moment, but we can always imagine the big picture. Later on, we'll realize we can only hope to Him, and time.

Because He creates story, and time tells it.

p/s: Happy Chinese New Year :)
